Persus is a free spirit, unhampered by rules, regulations, or traditions, and is inclined to do whatever feels right at any given time. He is very emotional, and his emotions tend to manifest themselves physically in outbursts of lightning or thunder. He places great value in friendships and companions, as he was ousted by his parents as a teenager for the magic that he was born with. At first he considered his abilities a curse, but as he grew older he began to realize that magic itself was not evil, but it could be used in cruel and wicked ways. Now, he seeks to use his abilities to help others, and to become accepted by those he loves again.
Persus is a half-elf of average height and weight, with a pale complexion, black, spiked hair, and light blue eyes. He wears a long robe that changes colors depending on his mood, and wields a sleek, white quarterstaff. When he is intensely angry, sparks of electricity begin to shoot off of him, and the scar on his chest begins to pulse.
